IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes! Shipping is free for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or mostly on most of the items (99%) but may not be on all. For European Union Countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan also we provide free shipping but may not be on all items. For some of other countries we have paid shipping option on items.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services for our customers around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
All orders sent to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zeland Europe can take up to 1-3 weeks to delivery. We ship, so deliveries may generally take between 7–21 days to arrive. Please be aware that some international orders may NOT contain tracking information (some major international destinations will track all the way to delivery but it is not guaranteed for all destinations), we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost international orders, so if you wish to order and would like an estimate for tracking please email us email@example.com

If any products received are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email an attached photo and video of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery of item. If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products can not be exchanged or returned. 99Dolphins is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
After placing an order we would need 2-3 days for processing the order and send the shipment, this is excluding holidays. Please remember that this time does not count in shipping time.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated min1-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, European union (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates. Maximum delivery time to the shipping address will be 8 weeks or 2 months. (in very few cases like pandemic)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
